Scottish Poultry Flock Decreased in June
UK - The poultry flock, which in recent years has fluctuated between 13 and 15 million, decreased by 522,000 (3.6 per cent) to 14.17 million.

This was largely driven by a fall in the number of broilers of 988,000 (10.9 per cent), though partially offset by a rise of 444,800 (14.4 per cent) in the number of pullets and hens in the laying flock.
