Four hundred chicken were handed over to 40 families under this programme, reports Sri Lanka's Daily News.
Horana Pradeshiya Sabha Vice Chairman Ashoka Ranathunga, Divisional Secretary, Ingiriya, Champa Upasena and a large crowd participated.
