Andrew Jackson, Managing Director of Hy-Line UK International, has announced the appointment of Olga Myasnikova as the Business Development Manager. Ms Myasnikova has nearly 15 years of experience working in the poultry industry. She will be responsible for leading the sales initiatives in the Russian markets.

She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Poultry Production from Moscow Veterinary Academy, and then furthered her studies by earning her PhD in Agricultural Science from the Russian Research and Development Poultry Institute.

Previously, she has held key positions in genetic research and production in both broiler and layer breeders. Since 2005, she has worked for Aviagen as a technical service manager.

Ms. Myasnikova said: “Working with a diverse group of customers gave me the opportunity to enrich my skills in poultry management, hatchery management, and overall business development. I see my new position as an excellent opportunity to combine my experience and Hy-Line’s advanced genetics to grow the Russian market.”

Mr Jackson added: “We look forward to having Olga in this role, sharing her technical knowledge with companies using Hy-Line genetics. As we look to further develop the Russian region, her understanding of the market and hands-on experience will be very valuable for the success of our customers.”
