The 31st Poultry Science Symposium – with the theme, 'Sustainable Poultry Production in Europe' – will take place from 8 to 10 September 2014 in Chester.

The Symposium aims to explore and ultimately define sustainability in the context of poultry production in Europe and to answer the questions around how we achieve a resilient and successful poultry industry.

With UK and international invited speakers, representing industry and academia, the programme will explore the three pillars of sustainability: Environment; Economic and Social.
