Chicken Price Dropped after World Cup Run

BRAZIL – Brazilian poultry prices have slipped following the conclusion of the football World Cup.

Consumption lifted in early July due to an increased tourist presence, the Centre of Advanced Studies on Applied Economics has revealed.

Elsewhere, meat prices are rising but returning to Brazilian consumer demand has dropped chicken consumption rates.
