He said that with the strong growth of Cobb poultry business across the Asia-Pacific region the company is reinforcing its strong commitment to customers in this region by appointing additional employees especially in technical services.

The three-day seminar, organised jointly by the PT Charoen Pokphand group and Cobb Asia team, attracted around 60 top and middle management personnel from the poultry sector in Indonesia. It included presentations from Cobb World Technical Support Team and the Asia technical services team ranging from biosecurity and animal health to male-female management and ventilation.

"A big thanks to Cobb for its tremendous support to Pokphand group in Indonesia," said Eddy Dharmawan, managing director of PT Charoen Pokphand. "Even though we have confidence in our ability to take care of our farms, there will always be areas of management where we can improve.

"Cobb technical specialists are very keen to help us find solutions. This gives me the peace of mind that Cobb will always provide the best service to customers wherever they are in the world." He emphasized that all participants must share knowledge gained from Cobb with their people on the farm to achieve top performance from the Cobb500.

"The seminar provided very successful transmission of the knowledge and experience sharing among participants and our technical experts,” commented Krit Pattanasak, Cobb marketing manager for Asia-Pacific. "The participants gave us very positive feedback and agreed such seminars should be held more frequently."
