US$200-million Worth of Poultry Medicine Exported from Iran

IRAN - The Head of Iran Veterinary Organisation Mehdi Khalaj says that Iran is capable of exporting more than US$200 million worth of animal medicine.

Speaking to IRNA after a tour of inspection to two animal and poultry medicine production plants, Mr Khalaj said last year, close to $40 million worth different kinds of animal and poultry medicine were exported.

He said this year between 150 and 200 animal and poultry medicine items have been exported.
