In 2010, Beyza Piliç built a new greenfield hatchery and installed equipment for the first phase of the project.

Only four years later, Beyza is already in the position to add 50 per cent extra production capacity by filling up the empty spaces in the building with new equipment. In its search for the best possible results, Beyza Pílíç decided to switch to Petersime incubators for the expansion.

Hamza Caliskan, Director of Beyza, commented: “Quality constitutes the main institutional principle of Beyza Piliç. In order to be able to offer ever fresh and delicious poultry products to its customers, Beyza Piliç innovates and develops its facilities continuously. Therefore we made the choice for Petersime, because we want the best technology available. We believe Petersime equipment will help us to continue to achieve our high quality standards in the most efficient way."

The eight BioStreamer™ 24S setters and 10 BioStreamer 4H hatchers were delivered at the end of last year. The machines are already up and running, increasing the capacity with 16 million eggs per year.

Beyza decided to invest in the top of the range BioStreamer incubators, including the Embryo Response Incubation technologies OvoScan™, Dynamic Weight Loss System™ and Synchro-Hatch™. Beyza’s management will be able to control their entire hatchery with the Eagle Eye™ monitoring and control software.
