USDA Finds Salmonella Falls in Poultry Meat Plants
US - The latest test results from the USDA, covering the period from July 2014 to September 2014, revealed reductions in the prevalence of Salmonella in chicken plants and another zero-positive result at turkey plants. For Campylobacter, the positive results amounted to 1.2 and 6.9 per cent, respectively, for turkey and chicken plants.
