Five More Avian Flu Outbreaks Hit Taiwan
TAIWAN - Avian influenza viruses of two different types continue to spread around Taiwan. The highly pathogenic H5N2 virus was found on two goose farms, a duck farm and a chicken farm.

The farms were located in Changhua County, Nantou County and Yunlin County. These farms have been put under movement restriction, and all animals on the infected farms have been culled.
The other outbreak was of the highly pathogenic H5N8 subtype of the disease.
