Iowa's ag-gag law gagged by judge

A judge in Iowa has ruled that the state cannot prevent undercover investigations of livestock farms.

According to local sources, the ruling was made based on the violation the ag-gag law poses to the right of free speech.

The law was already struck down in 2012, with the only change presented this time being a tresspass charge for undercover investigators.
