Campylobacter on Three-Quarters of EU Chickens

EU - The European Food Safety Agency (EFSA) has published its survey on Campylobacter and Salmonella in chicken in the EU. This sixth baseline study found Campylobacter on an average of 76 per cent of poultry carcasses and Salmonella on 16 per cent. There was wide variation between Member States.
