PSPC 30 The recently introduced PSPC 30 is a simple but very efficient packer primarily used for packing commercial eggs into 30 cell trays. Gentle egg handling and ease of use are the key features of this packer and with a maximum capacity of 24,000 eggs per hour, in a very compact unit, the PSPC 30 is set to become as successful as its predecessor the PSP 30.

New features include: direct drive transfer for even smoother egg placement, streamlined build for greater ease of cleaning and an overall length reduction. The user friendly operating panel now includes six separate egg counters, and multi function alarm status display. All PSPC based packers have integral house belt control via pressure switches.

PSPC 30 Combi A new product for 2005. The Combi is a natural development from the highly successful PSP Combi and is used for packing directly on to 150 cell hatch trays as well as on 30 cell carton trays. New features include: direct drive transfer for even smoother egg placement, streamlined build for greater ease of cleaning and an overall length reduction.

Eggs are gently handled from start to finish and are placed into the setter trays with a points down correction of 99.7% The easy to use control panel houses a counter system with six separate counters and LCD alarm status display. All PSPC based packers have integral house belt control via pressure switches.

PSPC-7 Used for packing hatching eggs into setter trays, this seven row packer is unique in it's operational method. The PSPC-7 is capable of packing into "offset matrix" tray patterns such as the ChickMaster 132 & 150, Jamesway series and Western 132 with a points down accuracy of better than 99.5%

A Combi variant is also available for use with 30 cell plastic or fibre trays. This, together with it's gentle transfer explains the continuing success around the world. As with all the PSPC range of packers, the PSPC-7 is very user friendly with simple operating controls. It's stainless steel construction, and good floor access, makes end of day clean down quick & easy .

The PSPC-7 is available in four basic layout patterns with optional extension infeed belt units for multiple egg conveyor use.

Egg Pack Easy Designed especially for smaller operations, the Egg Pack Easy is a semi-automatic version of the very successful PSPC range of packers. With only one operator required, this simple egg packer maintains our unique egg orientation system to give a points down percentage of 99.7%. Eggs may be packed into many different tray types depending on the manual vacuum lifter in use.

To make the Egg Pack Easy even more flexible, any one of our PSPC infeed extensions may be used to suit almost every packing room and egg conveyor layout. Both the Flex egg coder and our new Ovo Print A5 can be bought as factory fitted options or installed at a later date.
