Print This Page Hungary Poultry Production Up 9%
HUNGARY - Hungary's Central Statistical Office reports that the production of poultry meat in Hungary in the first seven months of this year was 9.2 per cent higher than in the same period in 2005.
Overall sales of poultry meat in the January to July period were 5.7 per cent higher year-on-year, with an increase in sales of 8.0 per cent on the domestic Hungarian market and 1.6 per cent higher sales on export markets.
