NCC Comment On Immigration Enforcement

Companies must also be careful to avoid unlawful discrimination. The regulation mentioned today was published in draft form over a year ago and therefore comes as no surprise. Companies will continue to fulfill their obligations under the law."

The National Chicken Council represents integrated chicken producer-processors, the companies that produce, process and market chickens. Member companies of NCC account for approximately 95 percent of the chicken sold in the United States.
