Print This Page Aviagen Names Product Development Center Supervisor
ALABAMA - Aviagen, the world's leading poultry breeding company, recently named Tracy Beauchamp as Product Development Center supervisor for the company's facilities in Albertville, Alabama.In her new role, Beauchamp will be responsible for the breeder and processing plant operations, the supervision of some facility staff and will have interaction with visitors to the facilities. In addition, she will be instrumental to the company's goal of investigating ways to further improve not only the yield, but also the meat quality of its pedigree lines and products.
Beauchamp earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Poultry Science from Auburn University and joins Aviagen with more than 20 years of experience in poultry operations and management. Most recently, she worked for Alatrade Foods in Boaz, Alabama as the production supervisor for their automated breast meat cutting line.
