Support for Poultry Farms

Official sources say that the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) has announced the funding from its central budget.

In total, 70 poultry farms have been set up, and the government plans to allocate more funds to the regions hit by the earthquake and severe snowfalls.

In addition, NDRC announced that CNY2.8 billion has been allocated to support pig production.

So far this year, NDRC has channeled a total of CNY5.6 billion from its central budget to livestock farm construction.
