The Happy Egg Co. Secures Listing with Budgens
UK - From 27 October, free-range egg producer, The Happy Egg Co. will be adding Budgens to its distribution portfolio enabling more consumers to purchase great tasting eggs in even more convenience outlets. The new listing follows the success the brand has continued to see since the launch at the beginning of the year.

The Happy Egg Co. is committed to producing delicious eggs with rich, golden yolks laid by birds that enjoy everything that a normal healthy free-range hen requires for its freedom of expression and fullness of life. As well as plenty of green pasture to roam and forage, all Happy Egg farms are equipped with perching platforms and brashings to enhance the birds’ natural surroundings.
Says Rob Newell, Head of Marketing at The Happy Egg Co., “With Happy Eggs currently available from major stores such as, Sainsbury’s and Co-op, it is great news that we’ve been able to extend our listing even further to include Budgens.”
In July, The Happy Egg Co. extended its range to offer ready-to-eat hard boiled eggs available from Waitrose, ASDA, One Stop and Ocado.com in packs of 2 or 4 eggs.
