London Biscuits Offers Take-Over of TPC
MALAYSIA - London Biscuits is proposing a friendly take-over of TPC Plus, in which it already owns a 32 per cent share.

London Biscuits Bhd has proposed a voluntary take-over offer to acquire all the remaining shares it does not already own in poultry firm TPC Plus Bhd for 30 sen per share or 16.2 million ringgits in cash.
According to The Star of Malaysia, London Biscuits has told Bursa Malaysia that the offer was for 54.4 million shares or 68 per cent of TPC's issued and paid-up share capital.
London Biscuits currently owns 32 per cent or 25.6 million shares in TPC, which closed at 29.5 sen yesterday (8 April).
