In response to consumer complaints, the company, Perdue Farms Inc., made a checkup and found foreign objects -- pieces of blue plastic - inside the nuggets, according to the report.

The products, produced on 9 June, were all shipped to Walmart, under its store brand, Great Value, a Perdue spokesman said.

Each bag bears a best if used by date of 9 June 2011 as well as an establishment number of P-33944, and a case code of 8900A0160.

It was not immediately known whether there was any incident in relation with the problematic products.

The Georgia-based company said anyone concerned about an injury from consumption of this product should contact a physician.
