HPAI Outbreak Reported in China

CHINA - The Chinese veterinary authorities have reported an outbreak of highly pathogenic avian influenza in Liaoning.
The World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE) received Follow-up Report No. 3 yesterday, 24 April.
Out of 282 susceptible birds, 5 cases and 5 deaths were reported. The remaining 277 birds were destroyed.
The source of the outbreak remains inconclusive.
