The one aspect which has by far the greatest impact on production performance is the environment (or climate) in any livestock production facility. Therefore, the operation and management of this aspect has become more important and critical to profitability.

The environment has three elements - heating, cooling and ventilation - which are optimized by and revolve around the nucleus, being the "Controllers". It is crucial that these elements are compatible and are synchronized, and thus a single "System supplier" is preferable to a mix-and-match assortment of components or hardware which may or may not be balanced and compatible.

Termotecnica Pericoli of Italy has a selection of individual components in each of the key elements designed for specific application but are however, all tied into balanced systems through their nucleus PERIclima controllers.

  • Heating: CombiTERM; agriTERM and easyTERM
  • Cooling: PERIcool pad and water distribution; RWA Water atomization
  • Ventilation : EOS/EWS & EOC extraction fans, EOR and ACF circulation fans, with supporting elements such as Light traps, and inlets, etc.

The company is thus one of the few "Environmental/Climate" equipment suppliers that is able to supply a fully balanced and compatible line of equipment as a whole vs. just components. Supporting this optimized package is a technical support team available to effectively and efficiently design and supply an “Optimized” environment for all livestock applications.
