Ukrainian Chicken, Egg Exports to EU Likely to Begin in September

UKRAINE - The Ukrainian Ministry of Agriculture has announced that exports of poultry and egg products could begin in September.

According to an agreement signed with the European Commission, Ukraine will be allowed to exports as much as 20 kilotons of chicken fillets and 20 kilotons of other chicken parts to the European Union per annum, reports KyivPost, quoting Ukrainian News.

The EU market is expected to provide the country's top agribusinesses access to over 500 million consumers.
