The Board of Directors of Ovostar Union N.V. has announced the appointment of Sergei Sovgira as Executive Director and Tetyana Komarova as Chief Financial Officer of the Group on the Ukrainian level.

Mr Sovgira has an extensive top-management experience in food industry and agribusiness previously holding position of Executive Director at Lauffer Group, the largest producer of bread in Ukraine. Mr Sovgira has completed a Senior Executive MBA degree in 2009 and has Bachelor’s degrees from the National University of Economics and Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.

Mrs Komarova has a broad top-management experience in milk industry, previously holding position of Chief Financial Officer at Ukrproduct Group Ltd (listed on AIM), one of the leading Ukrainian producers and distributors of high-quality branded dairy products in Ukraine and abroad. Mrs Komarova has completed a Senior Executive MBA degree in 2006 and ACCA in 2004 and has a Bachelor’s degree from Kharkov State Economic University.
