Print This Page Increase in Poultry Production in Belarus' Mogilev Region
BELARUS - Officials in Belarus' Mogilev region say that local poultry production increased year-on-year in the first seven months of this year, and accounted for 23.4 per cent of Mogilev's total meat production, according to the Interfax news agency.
In the same period in 2005, poultry accounted for 18.0 per cent of local meat production.
The Mogilev region produced 138 million eggs in the January to July period, a year-on-year increase of 18 per cent.
