Review Finds Varying Low Salmonella Prevalence for UK Eggs

Salmonella Typhimurium was not often isolated from table eggs and contamination of table eggs with Salmonella Enteritidis and other Salmonella serovars was more frequent, according to a review by researchers at the Veterinary Laboratories Agency (VLA).
