For more than a decade, Richmond has built a career as a multi-skilled and multi-talented journalist who has spent a substantial part of his career as a reporter, shedding light on challenges within the environment and agricultural sectors in both the broadcast and online media space in Ghana. His passion for leadership inspired him to establish the Ghana Agricultural and Rural Development Journalists Association (GARDJA). He's also a member of the International Federation of Agricultural Journalists (IFAJ), and serves as the chairperson of the professional development committee. He is a radio presenter and producer and deputy news editor for Oyerepa Tv News and Breakfast Time. He has personally created his own website www.dailyagricnews.com to champion agriculture activities globally.
