Control measures: see previous reports.
USDA and the State of California have expanded the boundaries of the quarantine zone to include a buffer zone around the Newcastle Disease infected sites. The expanded zone includes those counties with positive flocks: Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, and San Diego; and adjacent counties of Santa Barbara, Ventura, Imperial and Orange.
