Broiler processor Perdue is slated to buy a Georgia processing plant
US - Salisbury, Maryland-headquatered Perdue Farms Inc. reached a tentative agreement to purchase a poultry processing complex in Perry, Georgia from Cagle’s Inc., Atlanta, Georgia. The $46 million deal includes a hatchery and a feed mill in neighboring Forsythe, Georgia.
