USDA disputes Russian poultry import concerns
WASHINGTON - The U.S. Department of Agriculture has found no basis for Moscow's recent decertification of four American poultry plants, an agency spokeswoman said Thursday, bringing a new wrinkle to an already-troubled Russian trade relationship.
