Judge denies $1.28 bln judgment vs. Tyson Foods
US - A federal judge presiding over an Alabama-based class-action lawsuit denied a motion to enter a $1.28 billion judgment against a unit of Tyson Foods Inc. (NYSE:TSN - News), the meat company said on Tuesday.
