6 poultry farms raided in Barwala
INDIA - Six more poultry farms were raided by a team comprising the Barwala Block Development and Panchayat Officer, District Health Officer and Barwala Police Post Incharge Nihal Singh.The team raided Sun Poultry Farm, National Poultry Farm, Vicky Poultry Farm, Himani Poultry Farm, Classic Poultry Farm, Ankur Poultry Farm and R K Poultry Farm, all in Barwala, and found several irregularities. The team also found that the feed used in the farms was of sub-standard quality.
Cases under Section 133 of the CrPC have been registered against the poultry farms at the Barwala Police Post. District authorities have raided a total of 13 poultry farms so far.
Earlier, Shiv Public Poultry Farms, Azad Poultry Farms, B G Poultry Farms, Capital Poultry Farms and Chetna Poultry Farms were raided by the district authorities and cases slapped against them.
