An inline Prinzen Elgra 3 grader heads up the system with a PSPC 7 behind to pack the eggs carefully into their Buckeye 132 trays with a points down correction of 99.7%. A UV-C disinfection unit was also installed.

Director, Mr Kim Yun-Ho said " The Prinzen system will not only make this operation much more efficient in terms of labour but will also increase hatchability because of the gentle packing into our setter trays." He went on to say "The added benefit of the UV-C disinfection system made our choice of supplier very easy."

Area Sales Manager Mr Mike Ward was present during the hand over and reported that "the installation went very smoothly and the operators took to the new system within minutes"
