Mr. Koen Boot

The founder of Vencomatic, Mr. Cor van de Ven, has chosen to take a step back after 23 years of leading the company. He has built Vencomatic into an international key-player in innovative poultry equipment. Mr. Van de Ven is to hand over the responsibilities as a general manager to Mr. Koen Boot.

In future, Mr. Van de Ven will focus on developing the innovating power of the Vencomatic Group in order to launch even more new, and revolutionary, products and housing concepts for the poultry sector. He will also work on strengthening the Group by the acquisition of companies with added value, along with opening new offices and production facilities all over the world.

The new general manager of Vencomatic, Mr. Koen Boot, has already been working for the company for over 12 years as an operations manager. He is, therefore, already very familiar with the company and will proceed in developing and implementing the company strategy. Recently Mr. Boot graduated as a Master of Business Administration, which gave him new insights and a solid background to lead the company to further success in the future.

In a letter to all Vencomatic dealers, Mr. Van de Ven stated: "I would like to thank you all for the trust and the opportunities you have given me. I hope you can realize the same familiar cooperation with Mr. Koen Boot as you had with me. Vencomatic is one big family and I am sure that we, together, can grow more and more."
