Under the new structure, Hy-Line will have two commercial teams that will be supported by two integrated operational centers. A recently formed business unit, Hy-Line International (UK) will serve customers in Europe, Eastern Europe, CIS countries, Africa and the Middle East. Robert Cocksworth, currently the managing director for Hy-Line U.K. Ltd.’s commercial chick distribution business, has assumed the responsibilities of commercial director of Hy-Line International (U.K).

Hy-Line International (U.K.) is an integrated grandparent to parent stock production facility with full order-to-invoice responsibility for the regions served. Hy-Line International (U.K.) will also be strengthening production in the United Kingdom with the placement of additional Hy-Line breeds to compliment the existing Hy-Line Brown breeder production that is in the U.K.

Robert Connolly, Hy-Line director of sales & marketing, will continue working with Latin America, Asia, and the Chinese markets. Hy-Line products being sent to customers in these regions will be supplied directly from Hy-Line facilities in Dallas Center, Iowa or Nova Granada, Brazil.

“We are confident that the restructuring initiatives will improve customer responsiveness, increase production capabilities and ensure the continued delivery of high quality chicks to our customers’ locations worldwide,” stated Dr. John A. Greaves, president & CEO of Hy-Line International.
