Chilean Distributor Held Technical Seminar
CHILE - Hy-Line International and Avícola El Monte, Hy-Line's exclusive distributor in Chile, held a technical seminar in the capital city of Santiago on 9 July 2009, attracting more than 100 commercial egg producers.

Dr Jesus Arango, Hy-Line statistical geneticist; Dr Kristjan Bregendahl, Hy-Line director of Technical Services, Thomas Dixon, Hy-Line sales & marketing director; and Dr Jose Miguel Correa, of Avícola El Monte, made presentations on topics including: nutrition, genetics, management and worldwide layer industry issues.
Avícola El Monte is the leading layer hatchery in Chile and is one of Hy-Line's longest running distributors representing Hy-Line layers since 1963. The company sells the Hy-Line W-36 and Hy-Line Brown day-old chicks throughout the country.
