The Agriculture Development Bank (ADB) has agreed to sink 400,000 Ghana cedi (GHS) into the project with the remaining GHS53,000 expected to come from the public, according to Ghana Web.

Delali Ndor, Executive Director of Ronjet Group, providers of Business Services to the Association, made this known to the Ghana News Agency (GNA) at the Volta Region Trade, Investment and Culture fair in Ho.

Mr Ndor said the initial production capacity of the processing facility would be 2,000 birds per day and that there would be no shortage of birds to feed the facility as the current potential production of birds in the region stands at two million birds. He said the Association has already put up a building for the processing unit at the Ho Municipal Industrial area near the Volta Barracks. Mr Ndor therefore urged individuals and the business community in the region would buy into the project.
