As part of its efforts to expand its global market presence, Harim, headquartered in Iksan, 230 kilometres south of Seoul, said it has decided to bid for Allen Family Foods Inc., according to Yonhap.
Allen Family Foods filed for bankruptcy protection last month following severe cutbacks in the US poultry industry.
