This year, Korea became the first country in Asia to place a ban on antibiotic growth promoters (AGPs) in animal feed. Producers in the Korean livestock industry now face new challenges as a result of this decision.

As a leading feed additive company, Biomin wishes to contribute to the Korean livestock industry by providing a forum with the theme 'Lessons from AGP-free feeding systems abroad – What we can learn and what we can apply in Korea'.

Biomin Korea has invited two overseas speakers, who will deliver their hands-on experience from their AGP-free feeding systems in Europe and the USA, respectively. In addition, participants will also hear from Dr Jung about his valuable messages on 'Direction of Korean swine industry – post-FMD era'.

The Forum will be held on 20 September 2011 at Sheraton Seoul D Cube City Hotel.

Attendance at this forum is by invitation only. For further information, please contact Biomin Korea Ltd (e-mail [email protected] or call 02-554-8739).
