International Phytase Summit Proceedings Publicised
AUSTRALIA - Following the success of the first International Phytase Summit (IPS), the conference organisers have made the conference proceedings available to download via the IPS website.Anyone interested in the original event which was held in Washington DC can now log on and register at www.ips2010.com to download a free copy of the proceedings which documents the many discussions that took place.
IPS was a unique interactive technical symposium involving many of the world’s leading academic authorities in the field of phytase and phytate in animal nutrition. It was jointly hosted by Massey University, The University of Maryland, The University of Sydney and AB Vista. Discussion topics ranged from the analysis of phytate and phytase, to skeletal integrity and the future of phytase use in animal nutrition.
