In the physical market, soyameal increased by Rs 600 to Rs 35,400 a tonne, Business Line reports.

Bajra eased by Rs 20 to Rs 1,500 a quintal, DCP was at 35 a kg, MBM went down by Re 1 to Rs 36 a kg, while maize improved by Rs 20 to Rs 1,500 a quintal.

Mustard de-oiled cake went up by Rs 300 to Rs 15,300 a tonne, DRB witnessed some correction and dropped by Rs 50 to Rs 9,200 a tonne, while rice bran oil ruled at 49 a kg, unchanged.

Pre-lay mash sold at Rs 1,020 for a 50-kg bag, while layer grower mash quoted at Rs 960 for a 50-kg bag.

“Layer concentrate 25 per cent” sold at Rs 1,445 for a 50-kg bag, while layer concentrate 35 per cent sold at Rs 1,130 for a 50-kg bag.

Broiler concentrate quoted at Rs 1,980 for a 50-kg bag, while Broiler Starter Mash quoted at Rs 1,500.

Meanwhile, egg improved on low stocks while broiler eased on reduced off-take, on Saturday.

Egg went up by 26 paisa and sold at Rs 3.20. Broiler eased by Rs 5 and quoted at Rs 76-78 a kg, while Chick went for Rs 12-13, ruled flat at previous levels.
