Delegates are advised to make their reservation at the InterContinental Istanbul Hotel. The IPC rate is €185 for single or double room, buffet breakfast and wireless internet included. These special rates apply to the event dates and three pre/post days only (space available basis).

The conference convenes on Wednesday 30 April with a reception from 18:30 to 20:00 hours and adjourns on Friday 2 May at approximately 16:00 hours following the second day general session.

You will be notified when a link for conference registration is available on IPC’s new web site, which should be completed and live in the near future. Meanwhile, you should make your hotel and airline reservations now.

Visas: Citizens of many countries are eligible to apply online for an e-visa to enter Turkey. Visit the web site, https://www.evisa.gov.tr/ to determine eligibility and details. Requirements include a minimum six-month valid passport, flight (or other transportation) reservations, and a credit card (Master or Visa).
