France's Macron to create new insurance system for farming sector
French President Emmanuel Macron said the government would set up a new insurance system for the country's farming sector.

By: Reuters Macron said the goal is to help the country’s farming sector deal with hits caused by extreme weather, such as floods or droughts.
Macron added, in a message posted on his Twitter account, that France would set aside 600 million euros ($709 million) a year to finance this new insurance system.
