South Korea will scrap tariffs on chicken imports from the current 20-30% from July through the end of the year to ease price pressures, Reuters reported, citing the finance ministry on Friday.

This follows the country's earlier move to reduce people's living costs by cutting tariffs on seven food items, such as pork and sugar.
