The Brazilian Animal Protein Association (ABPA) positively received the information released by the Ministry of Development, Industry and Commerce (MDIC) about the end of the anti-dumping process conducted by the Chinese Government, which established the application of provisional tariffs of up to 34.2% to chicken meat exports from Brazil, according to a press release from the association

This fact is an important proof of the good relations built between the governments of Brazil and China, and between the private sectors of the two countries.

With the end of anti-dumping tariffs, ABPA highlights that Brazilian exporters, who are already the main external suppliers of fresh chicken meat to the Chinese market, will once again compete on an equal footing with other exporters.
