Venco-Extra Poultry Equipment Co., Ltd will focus on the sales and production of poultry equipment for the local Chinese market. Starting with solutions for automatic hatching egg collection, the company will introduce the products of Vencomatic to the Chinese market.

Easy Nest: The Easy Nest is an automatic nest with a tipping back wall to close the nest which prevents broodiness in the laying hen and preventing hens to stay overnight in the nest. The membrane at the base of the back wall ensures no eggs are left in the nest after it has been closed. The egg belt, located in the middle of the nest, transports the eggs to the front of the house. The simplicity of the design makes the nest quick and easy to install.

Vencoslat: Hygienic plastic slats for poultry houses. Vencoslat has many applications for all kinds of poultry. The plastic poultry slat, with oval holes, has been developed to minimize foot and leg problems and to ensure a good manure transfer. The slats are strong and stable, have a long life-span and are available in several colours: mocha, white or black. Vencoslat has proven itself worldwide in many different climate conditions.

Vencobelt: Egg conveyor belt for central egg collection. Using the Vencobelt, eggs from different nest rows or houses can be transported to a central collection area. The conveyor system is designed for gentle handling of both hatching and table eggs. With its durable plastic egg carriers and one-chain system Vencobelt can easily be adapted to all circumstances. The design of the carriers and the smooth connections allow a conveyor slope of up to 28 degrees and corners up to 180 degrees.

PSPC 5: Automatic egg packer for the collection of hatching and table eggs. The egg packer places 99.7% of all eggs with the points down on the trays. The machine can be adjusted to work with all types of setter and cardboard trays. The PSPC 5 is easy to operate and has a capacity of about 18,000 egg per hour.
